When you purchase an original artwork from Artroy, you acquire the physical piece only. The sale of a physical artwork does NOT transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights to the buyer. Specifically:
• The copyright in the artwork remains with the artist at all times, unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement
• Purchasing an artwork grants you the right to display it privately in your home or office
• You may not reproduce the artwork in any form (print, digital, commercial) without written permission from the artist
• You may not create derivative works, modifications, or adaptations based on the artwork
• You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, advertising, or merchandise without a licensing agreement
• Reselling the physical artwork as a secondhand item is permitted, subject to our Terms and Conditions

3. Prints & Limited Editions

For prints and limited edition artworks sold on Artroy:
• Each print purchase grants personal display rights only
• Prints may not be scanned, copied, or digitally reproduced
• Limited edition certificates of authenticity accompany eligible prints
• Any unauthorised reproduction of print artworks constitutes copyright infringement

4. Artroy Website Content

All content on the Artroy website, including but not limited to text, logos, design, photography, graphics, and user interface elements, is owned by Artroy or its content licensors and is protected by copyright law.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any website content without our written permission
• Artwork images displayed on our website are used with the permission of respective artists
• Screen captures or downloads of artwork images from our website are strictly prohibited
• The Artroy name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks

5. Artist Rights

Artroy is committed to protecting the rights of the artists whose work we feature:
• All artists retain full copyright and moral rights over their artworks
• Artists grant Artroy a limited licence to display and market artwork images for sales purposes
• Artists may withdraw their work from the platform at any time, subject to existing purchase commitments

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement
